Who are we?
Ellie’s Family Favorites is a family owned company in rural Oregon. Started by a granddaughter inspired by her grandfather and the natural hand cleaner he created.
More than 50 years ago, in a small town near a natural pumice mine, a hardworking grandfather created a simple, powerful scrub using just a few earth-derived ingredients. He shared it with local auto shops and neighbors, who were amazed it cleaned grease off the mechanic’s hands, leaving them feeling fresh. He passed the formula down to his son, who then passed it on to his daughter.
Today, we’re proud to carry that legacy forward for modern homes, kitchens, and hands. With the same grit (literally!) and care, Ellie’s Family Favorites All-Purpose Scrub is our way of honoring the past while making cleaning simple, safe, and satisfying for families everywhere.
